The answer is fried rice can dry out pretty quickly. To prevent this from happening and make sure your dish is as perfect as all you need are some quick tips.

Steps for reheating fried rice in the microwave:

  • Microwave your rice in a bowl covered with the two tablespoons of liquid you want to use.
